Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using any oOvey services. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not proceed. oOvey Terms and Services may be different for different services. So before registering make sure you read the Terms and Services carefully.

Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to prevent misconduct by users. By agreeing to this policy the user is obligated to abide with all the conditions specified by oOvey. Violation of these Terms of Services could result in termination of account.

Acceptance of Terms

In order to use any oOvey services, you must agree to the Terms. You may not use our Services if you do not accept the Terms. By clicking on Accept or Agree to the Terms, where ever it is provided by oOvey, you agree to accept these Terms. Before you continue you must print and save a local copy of the Terms.

Member Registration Obligations

When you register in any oOvey Service, you agree to:

1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process. The information you provide will be protected based on the Privacy Policy of oOvey.

2. Maintain and promptly update your data to keep it true. If you provide any untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information or if oOvey suspects that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, oOvey has the right to terminate your account and refuse current and future use of any or all Services.

Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information you provide to oOvey through our Services and governed by the Privacy Policy of oOvey. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your Username and Password. You are responsible for all the activities in your account and agree to notify oOvey immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. oOvey is in no way responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorised access and/or use of your account.

Use of Services by you

1. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services provided by oOvey through any means other than the interface that is provided by oOvey, unless you have been successfully allowed to do so in separate agreement with oOvey. You also agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services provided by oOvey through any automated means (including use of scripts).
2. You also agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell or resell the Services for any purpose.
3. You agree that you understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Spamming and illegal Activities

You agree to be solely responsible for the contents that you transfer through our services. You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes or for transmission of materials that are unlawful, harassing, invasive of others privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar or pornographic. If such an activity is found oOvey has the right to terminate your account and prevent you from using all or some of our Services.

Software updates

If you are using any software developed by oOvey, oOvey has the sole right to update the software from time to time. These updates are used in improve the software’s performance, further develop, and to fix issues.

Termination of Account

Termination of an oOvey account may occur in these circumstances.
1. If the user want to terminate the account due to his personal reasons.
2. oOvey decides to terminate your account due to these reasons.

2(a) If you have breached any of the Terms and conditions offered by oOvey.
2(b) oOvey is required by law to do so.
2(c) oOvey is deciding to no longer provide that particular Service.
2(d) The province, state or country in which you reside restricts you from using our Services
